Bull Terrier

KC Pedigree, Medium-Large

Moderate shedding

Not good for first time owners

Originally bred for the dog-fighting pits of Victorian England, the Bully has a huge spirit and energy – all in the body of a powerful tank. Not a breed for the faint-hearted!

Attractive to ...

Fans of minimalist interior design. The Bull Terrier doesn't necessarily grow out of the 'chewing' stage of puppyhood.

Not the best for ...

Collectors of fine porcelain (think 'Bull Terrier in a china shop') or those wanting a quick-witted brainbox for competitive training.
